About the group: Students meet to learn about topics about wildlife, plants, and the environment. The Green Team also holds monthly Campus Clean-Up events at 9 a.m. on the second Saturday of each month. Learn more here.

About the group: Students learn to sew, starting with a series of mini projects. No experience is required, and the group welcomes beginners and kids with sewing experience. Having a home sewing machine is not required. Ms. Baybado has a small team of friendly, experienced, volunteer sewing ladies who help students with their projects.

About the group: 5th Grade students run for elected office and meet throughout the year

About the group: Students learn to play chess. No experience is required! The group welcomes beginners through advanced players and concludes with a local chess tournament. Students learn the rules of the game, strategies, and mini-game techniques.

About the group: Professor McElroy offers a several-week after-school club in the Library. Students must have read books 1-7 of the Harry Potter series before the first day of the group. Group activities contain major spoilers from all 7 books.

About the group: "After-school Dance Club with Mrs. Proudfoot is a safe and positive environment for movement exploration, peer collaboration, and the celebration of individual talents and interests in various dance styles. Students will explore dance technique, partner work, and ultimately work together to choreograph a dance to a song the group selects. Skyhawk Dance Club will get to perform at the Vancouver Public Schools Elementary Dance Festival at Skyview High School"

Several of the clubs and sports require sign-up and don't accept new members once the group gets going. Some accept a limited number of students.
