Fitness Fundraiser
Sacajawea's March 2024 Fitness Fundraiser was the Go, Go, Glow! Challenge
Thanks to all who helped make the event a fun time for Sacajawea's students.
Sacajawea students and families raised over $9,500 in donations!
These will support Sacajawea's Physical Education (P. E.) department and the other learning and enrichment programs supported by the PTA.

Who were the 2024 School's Fastest Skyhawks?
Kindergarten: Johan (Ms. Day's class), 51 laps!
3rd Grade: Oliver (Ms. Hoffman's class), 51 laps!
5th Grade: Sophia (Mr. Lee's class) and Finnegan (Ms. Mann's class), each with 51 laps!
Who were 2024's Fastest Skyhawks in each grade?
Transitional Kindergarten: Asher (Ms. Stromberg's class), 34 laps!*
Kindergarten: Johan (Ms. Day's class), 51 laps!
1st Grade: Ezra (Ms. Valleck's class), 48 laps!
2nd Grade: Cameron (Mr. Harder's class), 47 laps!
3rd Grade: Oliver (Ms. Hoffman's class), 51 laps!
4th Grade: William (Ms. Mann's class), 50 laps!
5th Grade: Sophia (Mr. Lee's class) and Finnegan (Ms. Mann's class), each with 51 laps!
*While the other classes each had 20 minutes of running, Ms. Stromberg's TK class had 14 minutes of running due to schedule constraints.
Sacajawea's students and teachers ran how many laps during the Challenge?
They ran more than 13,000 combined laps around the gym during the Go, Go, Glow! Challenge! Way to go, Skyhawks!
Which class ran the most laps?**
Ms. Mann's 4th and 5th Grade Class ran a total of 1016 laps, for an average of 40.6 laps each!
**Due to differences in class size, we used classes' laps per student average to award this distinction. For reference, most classes averaged between 30 and 36 laps per student during the 20-minute run!)
